Jake Bakes is a fully licensed and insured bakery. While this is common (and should be expected), what is uncommon about this business is its dedication to those with strict diets.
All products are dairy free, wheat/gluten free, egg free, tree nut free, and shellfish free. That's quite an accomplishment.
