In fact, I have only found 2 that I truly adore in a 2 year span: Natural Beauty Inspired by Carmindy Your Skin Makeup and Jane Iredale Liquid Minerals.
I can now add a third to the list.
I love going to Ulta, however, I have never been a big fan of their own line of cosmetics in terms of ingredients and quality. I had my annual rewards certificate to use, though, and earned a free product the other day.
I wasn't sure which free product to choose, so I looked at their foundations. I found Ulta Fabulous Face Natural Finish Foundation, tested a couple shades out, and then read the ingredients listing on the box. This is paraben free and petrochemical free. It contains an SPF of 15 and is free of fragrances.
I ended up choosing Light Ivory, which is a perfect match to my skin tone. The box says that the product will give "medium coverage with a natural a flawless finish." I would say this is a light to medium coverage. It is definitely a buildable coverage. I really like this. If you have tried Laura Mercier Oil FreeFoundation, this is of a similar texture and blendability. It is also about 1/4 of the price and contains better ingredients.
I applied this with my Eco Tools foundation brush, which is less than $7 and rivals any high end brush. It is ecofriendly and is just fabulous. I do my makeup between 6-7am each day. It is still there and hasn't worn off when I wash my face at bedtime.
The retail price on this is $12.50. Ulta has circulars almost weekly with coupons. You can find coupons online, too. This is also a part of their usual $8 foundation and BOGO specials. If you have the latest edition of In Style (the one with Taylor Swift on the cover), there is a $5 off a $10 purchase coupon as well.
If I had to rank this based on a 1-5 star rating, it'd earn a solid 4. It is a VERY GOOD daily foundation and can easily hold its weight against much pricier options.

This is exciting! Just in time for the dryer season. Thanks, Karley!
Jen, I think you'll really like this.
Q, this is really nice--just make sure you moisturize first with this one.
Howdy!

Always love the product reviews. I just got an Eco Tools brush this weekend and they are fabulous. What do you recommend cleaning brushes with? Mine seem to get gunky really fast.
Juliann,
I use two methods for brush cleaning--at home I use 1 cup of distilled water that has been warmed with about a tablespoon of castile soap (like Dr. Bronner's).
I "shampoo" them and gentle blot dry on a towel and then air dry overnight.
If you want the quick fix, there is a product called Brush Off. I used it all the time in my makeup artist days. You spritz the cleaner on the brush, blot, and within 10 minutes you can use it again.
