Holiday Treats: Day 4

So simple...so delicious! Only three ingredients! We're making Dark Chocolate Mint Coconut Fudge today!

1 (10 ounce package) of Nestle Limited Edition Dark Chocolate Mint Morsels

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (low fat and fat free work just as well!)

1 cup flaked coconut (I used unsweetened; you can use sweetened if desired)

Melt chips and condensed milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and add in coconut.
Pour into wax paper-lined square pan (I used an 8 X 8 today). Chill until firm and cut into squares.

Enjoy!

I don't like coconut in sweets..*hides*..so if I made this I'd need only 2 ingredients?- wow!!

Yes! You only need two.

The same with the Rocky Road Fudge--if you omit nuts and marshmallows, you have a super simply 3 step fudge using just sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and chocolate chips :)

ENJOY!
