INGREDIENTS:
TO MAKE:
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cheeses, onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Scoop cheese out into a mound on wax paper or plastic wrap. Cover and chill overnight in the fridge.
3. When chilled and flavors have blended, remove from fridge and form into two medium sized balls or one very large one.
4. Put chopped nuts onto a large sheet of wax paper or foil. A plate will do, too, instead. Roll cheese balls into nuts. Serve immediately or store in fridge.
Serve with crackers and enjoy!
VARIATIONS: I have made this multiple times and have changed it up regularly. With the walnuts, I have also added in some chopped figs. I've also done it and added it some sun dried tomato pieces and a hint of fresh basil. There are so many options!

Happy holidays!
Wendy,
I LOVE Cabot Seriously Sharp. It is SERIOUSLY my favorite cheddar in ANY price range. I use it in EVERYTHING and it makes the best mac and cheese, too!
